The Scottish Inn in Locust Grove surprised me with its cleanliness and spaciousness. I particularly appreciated having a refrigerator and microwave in my room, making it easy to store snacks and heat up meals. The friendly staff were genuinely helpful, addressing any issues promptly. The bed was comfortable, providing a good night’s sleep I hoped for. However, on Friday night, loud music from outside made it challenging for my kids to settle down. There were also disturbances from voices in the parking lot, but thankfully the staff took action to address it the following night. Despite these inconveniences, it’s a decent budget-friendly option, especially for a quick stay.

The location was quite convenient for nearby attractions.
Unfortunately, the room was in a poor state. The bedding seemed unwashed and I found hairs in the bed, which made me feel uncomfortable. Additionally, the bathroom was less than hygienic, with a dirty bathtub that left me questioning its cleanliness.

wow, this place is a gem—if you enjoy absolute chaos. the room was so noisy from loud music outside, I could barely hear the TV over the ruckus at 10:30 PM. and don't get me started on the lady screaming about cheating at 4 AM. I totally expected some sort of compensation for this nightmare, but alas, no.
